Tools of trade - Agents need to have a reliable car, mobile phone, digital camera and laptop computer.
Personal qualities - Agents need to have personal drive, initiative and be resourceful. They need good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Communication - Agents need to have good oral and written communication and negotiation skills, and above all, be good listeners.
Analytical skills - Agents need to have the ability to analyse problems, and suggest or produce logical solutions. |
